Franchise Buddy System
The Franchise Buddy System provides a guiding hand to businesses who wish to learn more about franchising.

It is designed to assist individuals with a new business idea as well as established businesses who wish to obtain an understanding of franchising before committing to the franchising process.

An Ordium consultant is appointed as your personal Buddy to guide you through the early stages of franchising.

Your Buddy will:
• Sign a Confidentiality Undertaking
• Meet with you initially to discuss your business concept and aspirations
• Develop a list of goals and milestones
• Introduce you to a range of Support Partners
• Conduct monthly teleconference reviews and take ad hoc phone calls
• Conduct a quarterly review meeting

The minimum joining period is 3 months and this can be extended to up to 12 months depending on the development speed of your business and your commitment to franchising.
